\nCONSEQUENCES TO TURNING BACK FROM THE COVENANT<\/b><\/p>\n

Just because you have experienced God’s favor, it doesn’t mean that you can get away with willful sin!<\/i><\/p>\n

1. Consequences that nations face.<\/span> <\/span>
\nA. Israel’s covenant with God. Exodus 19:8<\/i>
\n– One day will be followed by Israel.Ezek. 37:26<\/i>
\nB. America made a covenant with God. (**It is up to following generations to keep
\na covenant agreed to by their fathers – OTHERWISE, what good are
\ncovenants ?) Psalms 9:17, 119:53<\/i><\/p>\n

2. Consequences to families.<\/span> <\/span>
\nA. King Zedekiah’s family. (Jer. 34:4-5, 52:2, 9-11) Why ? He didn’t abide in what
\nthe Lord offered to Him.
\nB. Abraham & Hagar = Ishmael, father of the Arab tribes. Gen. 16:1-4<\/i><\/p>\n

3. Consequences to individuals.<\/span> <\/span>
\nA. After commitment to serve God. Luke 9:62<\/i>
\nB. Making vows to do something. Psalms 50:14, Acts 5:1-14<\/i>
