3. TESTIMONY IS THE OUTWARD EVIDENCE OF A COVENANT.   V. 4—7.

B. IT GIVES A PROMISE ON GOD’S PART AND OURS.

5. A TESTIMONY OF GOD’S FAITHFULNESS IS VALID EVEN
IN TIMES OF GREAT TROUBLES.
